Role Summary/Purpose
The Global Product Marketing Manager assists in the coordination and execution of the global marketing plan for a given product segment/category/portfolio. Assists in the creation of a global product/portfolio strategy, including product positioning and current portfolio evolution; collaborates with regional marketing on lifecycle management strategy. Provides input to the new product/solutions roadmap development.
Essential Responsibilities
1. Create global product portfolio/roadmap for new value solution
2. Marketing Blue Print
3. Incorporates FastWorks methodology to R&D (Validate concepts w/ customers)
4. Global sales tools development
5. Competitive differentiation, analysis
6. Work with key regions on GTM / channel strategy for new value monitor
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing, Engineering or Clinical related areas
• Minimum of 6 years of upstream Marketing or product Management experience field in medical device industry
• Excellent English in both writing and speaking
• Strong analytical and process skills
• Strong presentation skills in global setting
• Strong track record of success and achieving results
• Independent, yet a good team player, able to work well in matrix organization
• Creative, positive, and energetic
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and meet tight schedule
Desired Characteristics
• MBA or Master degree in Marketing or Clinical areas
• Strong patient monitoring market knowledge and clinical knowledge
• Successful global corporate working experience
