职位描述
Work as a HR business partner to provide professional human resource services to operations in employee learning and performance appraisal and various Eaton HR program rollout in operations.
1. Overall Responsible for Plant learning and developement function; Including build learning and maintain learning system, identify or analyze business training needs, build and manage internal trainer team.
2. Work together with trainer team to develop training course.
3. Support HR manager on annual training planning.
4. Ensure training effectiveness and application.
5. Take full accountablity on performance appraisal, including facilitate each function set goal and development plan, track development plan implement, provide necessary coaching, consulting if need.
6.Prepare accurate monthly reports for Plant, Division & APAC, and follow up annual HR operating review and plant HR metric action plan month by month.
7. Identify new opportunities where HR can add value to the business.
1. Bachelor or above degree in business administration, HR management, or related field;
2. Excellent command of both oral and written English;
3. Very good business acumen, strategic, organized and result-driven, good at communication and execution;
4. More than 5 years solid experience in Human Resources, MNC background preferred.
