This position report to FD from overseas. in charge oversees monthly, quarterly and yearly financial closing.

Key Responsibilities:

• preparation of annual budget and quarterly forecast handle headquarter reporting & financial analysis
  liaise with internal & external auditors and tax agent
• ensure compliance with group financial policies and upkeep of good corporate governance
• ensure compliance with CAS, IFRS as well as other applicable laws and regulations
• other ad-hoc assignments as and when assigned
• to apply this position you need bachelor in accounting, finance or economics

Key Requirements:

• eight more years finance track record in MNC, with at least 3 years in financial planning & analysis
• strong business acumen to link business with data and communicate
• strong Personal Leadership. Good cross-functional collaboration skills
• solid communication in written and spoken Mandarin and English

This is a domestic(30%) & singapore(70%) JV. about 1000 stuff in Zhenjiang plant.
