A German automotive company is looking for a internal audit & internal control manager for its manufacturing sits in China.

Responsibilities:
?responsible for internal control system (ICS) meets external and internal requirements; develop policies and procedures to establish an effective internal control system, reflecting procedures in ERP system
?responsible for risk assessment and perform operational, compliance, financial audit, information technology and other various company functions to evaluate and determine the adequacy of internal controls
?conducts internal audits and reviews to assess the compliance of departments and individual employees in accordance with the Standards for the professional practice of Internal auditing and Code of Ethics
?evaluate financial and operational procedures for adequacy of internal controls and provide advice and guidance on control aspects of new policies, systems, processes and procedures
?provide assistance at the direction of headquarters to investigate and resolve any financial reporting irregularities
?track progress of documentation including: annual and periodic review, update of process flow charts, review and update key controls
?create and maintain testing programs for all controls supported by written documentation with routine checks to certify relevance and effectiveness
?performs and supervises audit procedures that drive conclusions on effectiveness and efficiency of control, identifies control gaps and opportunities for improvement
?knowledge of auditing standards, guidelines & amp; procedures, risk assessment and internal control frame works and accounting

Requirements:
?minimum bachelor degree in a field of Accounting, Finance, auditing
?five years of internal audit experience
?experience of SOX
?leadership and teamwork skills
?proficient verbal and written communication in English
?ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and handle sensitive information
?strong customer focus with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with team members, internal and external partners
?strong interpersonal skills
?ability to work closely with people at all levels of the organization and facilitate the implementation of corrective action
?strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to clearly present information to various audiences

organisation:
This is a German company with presence in over 8 countries. The main production is metal rubber shock absorber and rubber seal, the main clients are Volkswagen, Shanghai Volkswagen and other large domestic automobile factory and Western Europe, North American car manufacturers.
