Service Advisor - Cloud Service Center Chengdu

该职位偏开发方向，开发语言为C#，有过ERP经验为佳，英语口语必须能够进行日常交流及项目沟通
PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE

SAP Cloud Service Center offers remote service delivery to global Business ByDesign and LoB onDemand customers to adapt ERP systems to meet their own business needs. With proven remote delivery model, global coverage and experienced service advisors, we help customer to increase value of ERP systems with lower TCO. Our service portfolio includes Forms, Analytics report, UI, Field Extension and new customer scenario.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS (COMPANY FIT/JOB FIT)
- Sense to be able to understand customer requirements and map it to technical implementation.
- Business ByDesign service delivery: Form, Analytics report, UI, Field Extension and etc.
- Collaborate with internal or external to clarify customer requirement
- Deliver high quality solution according to customer specific needs
- Project Management

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES (SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE)

Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science, Information System Management, or related.

SKILLS
- Business process and ERP application knowledge.
- C/C++ programming language
- Database, XML and OOP knowledge
- Fluent English, written and oral
- ABAP skills are plus.
- Having good communication and presentation skill.

- Capability to handle multiple tasks in parallel

WORK EXPERIENCE (PERFORMANCE CAPABILITY OR SKILLS)
At least 1-2 years business system development/implementation experience and good understanding of the software development life cycle.
