JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责

1. Manage the program team major in assesment,trainning and backup preparing.
项目管理团队人员评估,分级,人员培训,候选人培养;
2. Make and trace the project schedule.
项目时间进度计划编制及跟踪管理；
3. Responsible for the project profit, check and trace the profit rate in time.
项目盈利情况负责，定期检查、跟踪项目利润率；
4. Control the expenses of the project and assure the expenses not exceeded.
控制项目费用的花费时间和总额，保证进度满足客户要求、总额不超支。
5. CAR prepare and approval status follow up.
组织准备CAR及CAR批准跟踪
6. 1.Responsible for the task from controler of company.
公司分配任务完成及参加各项会议及活动;

SKILL / KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS 技能/知识要求
1. Work Experience 工作经验

Design or project management experience more than three years
三年以上技术、工程或项目管理工作经历

2. Education/Certification 教育背景/证书
Bachelor Degree or Above
大学本科以上学历

3. Specialised Skills/Knowledge 专业技能/知识
Skilled in competer software. Have the ability of communication and negotiation.
Have higher responsibility, know about quality management system, business flow and program management.
Glad to accept the company regulation and culture, and put them into practice.
熟练使用计算机办公软件，具备良好的沟通协调能力及商务谈判能力, 较强的亲和力
具有较强的工作责任心和敬业精神，了解质量管理体系、熟悉项目管理工作
