为了完成生产任务，依据公司发展战略、生产经营目标，全面负责工厂的行政工作，组织制定工厂生产计划、制度、流程，贯彻技术质量保证体系，逐步完善全厂管理体系，组织厂内的正常生产，监督生产经营计划的执行，监控、改进产品质量，确保安全生产，实现本厂年度经营目标
In order to complete production tasks, take full charge of administration work in Nanchang plant based on corporate development strategy and production business targets, participate in the making-up of plant production plan、systems and processes, implement the technical quality assurance system, improve gradually the overall plant management system, organize the normal production within the plant, oversee the implementation of production and operation plan, monitor and improve product quality to ensure safety production and to reach the annual business target.

教育程度
educational status 大学本科及以上学历，大学英语四级或以上，汽车类、机械类等相关专业
Bachelor degree & above, CET-4 & above, automobile and machinery & related majors
相关工作经验
relevant work experience 机械制造或加工行业8年以上工作经验，5年以上工厂中高层管理经验
Over 8-year working experience in machining industry, over 5 years senior management experience in plant
专业知识要求
expertise requests 熟悉变速箱制造生产管理，掌握计划管理、成本管理、人力资源管理、全面质量管理、项目管理、QEHS管理体系的相关知识和原理，熟练应用相关法律法规和行业标准
Be familiar with transmission production management, master the knowledge of the management on planning、costing、HR、quality、projects and QEHS， have good skills in using laws、regulations and industrial standard.

1． 建立、实施并改进管理体系
Build、implement and improve management system ？ 根据公司发展战略、公司标准化管理体系要求及工厂的运营情况，建立、健全工厂生产管理制度和工作流程，确保工厂的生产运作符合国家法律法规规定和公司管理制度和流程Build and make a sound production management systems and working procedures according to corporate strategy、standardized system requirements and plant’s operation to make sure the operation comes up to the state laws and regulation and corporate systems and procedures
？ 结合公司经营管理要求，监督工厂管理体系的实施情况并定期进行总结、调整和改进Supervise the implementation of plant management system and make the conclusion、adjustment and improvement regularly
2．制定生产计划
Establish production plan ？ 根据公司年度经营目标，组织制订与审核本厂年度生产计划和工作目标，对各项重点工作的负责人、完成时间和质量标准做出明确规定，保证本厂年度工作任务的顺利完成Organize to set up and review annual production plan and target, make clear stipulation on responsible person、finished time and quality standard to ensure the smooth completion of annual work target.
3．监控生产流程，保证产品交付
Monitor production procedure and ensure product delivery ？ 组织、协调内部的生产作业，与总部和其他厂及时沟通，确保本厂的生产进度，按时交付产品Coordinate with Headquarters and other plants to guarantee the process and delivery on time
？ 严格控制工序质量，以确保产品达到评价标准，并监督质量的持续改进Control strictly process quality to make sure the product meets the evaluation standard and oversee the continuous quality improvement
？ 严格执行工艺技术标准，执行并进行自查Carry out strictly technical standard, and do the self-check
？ 协助配合销售部门对主机厂所提出的要求组织实施和改进及沟通。Assist sales department with implementing and improving the requirements put forward by vehicle factory
4．组织加强工艺技术和质量管理，支持新产品工艺开发organize to strengthen technology and quality management, support new product technology development ？ 组织推进精益制造管理，关注同行业工艺水平，指导工艺发展方向，持续优化制造工艺，提高工艺技术水平Promote lean manufacturing management, focus on the technical level from the same industry, guide techniques development tendency, optimize manufacturing process, and improve process level
？ 监督厂内的技术质量体系的运行，及时解决生产过程中遇到的技术难题Oversee the operation of technical quality system within the plant, and deal with the technical difficulties during the production
？ 根据公司发展战略和目标，提供新品开发资源Provide with resource of new product development according to the corporate strategy and target.
5．保证安全管理
Ensure safety management ？ 根据公司安全管理方针和制度，组织保障全厂物资、财产安全和员工的人身、健康安全Guarantee the safety of materials、property and staff
？ 与各部门签订安全生产承包责任状，批准并实施安全事故考核相关规定Approve and conduct the appraisal of safety accidents
6．组织设备管理
Organzie equipment management ？ 根据公司发展战略和本厂经营任务，为保障全厂设备正常的运转，按时交付公司生产计划，组织建立全面生产性维护设备管理体系Build up TPM management system
？ 关注同行业设备能力状态，指导设备管理发展方向Focus on the equipment capability of the same industry, and guide the developing tendency of equipment management
7．加强成本控制
Straighten cost control ？ 根据公司年度经营计划和下发的费用指标，批准并控制全厂制造成本，不断完善成本控制的方法，实现预算目标Approve and control the manufacturing cost and improve the methods of cost control to realize the budget target
8．加强资产、环境、公用设施、信息系统及内控等相关管理工作strengthen property, environment, public service, information system and inner control etc. and some related management ？ 为保障公司财产，维护工厂利益，组织开展资产管理相关工作，建立制度，批准资产盘查、盘点实施方案，批准物资盘点报表Develop asset management, set up system, approve the asset examination and check report
？ 根据公司发展战略和本厂经营需要，规划全厂公用设施布置、更新、维护方案to guarantee company’s property and maintain plant’s profit, organize to execute property management,establish system,approve property examination, stock-taking method, approve stock-taking report.
？ 根据公司的信息系统建设规划及制度，组织落实信息系统管理相关流程，关注公司信息安全动态，并传达至厂内according to company’s information establishment plan and system, organize to execute information system management related process, pay attention to company’s information safety situation.
