Responsibilities:
1. Perform as in-house channel support engineer for small and middle cities

2. Help sales engineer with issues dealing with company back office. Direct new sales engineer to the right person in the company.

3. Help with logistic and after-sales service issues for sales people and channel partners.

4. Provide sales administrative support like pre-quotation, catalogue sending, JV visit arrangement, etc.

5. Update front line sales company news, communication materials, rules and policies. Prepare tailor-made materials for sales people before visiting customers.

6. Report collection and upload to CRM system.

7. Provide sales business support like special price application, sales data input and analysis, etc.

8. Help with business system usage for city sales people.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above.

2. Over 3 years working experience.

3. Strong communication skills and sense of responsibility.

4. Proficient in Excel and Power point

5. Experience in channel management is preferred.

6. Experience in order management and logistics is a plus.
