Responsibilities:
Support manufacture department with technical issues for production
Supervise the design of the pressure vessel
Responsible for process design and development, such as APQP, Flow Chart, PFMEA tooling design, specification for equipments/tooling
Production lines design, including process flow, layout, operate time balance, process documentation
Verify the best parameters for each working procedure
Settle the daily process issues in production
Analyze quality issues with quality department and manufacture department
Improvement work with process for efficiency raise and cost down


Requirement:
Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering or related major
8 years manufacturing experience in mechanical industry
Strong technical knowledge and the experience of product design and manufacturing process
People management experience
Be good at communication, coordination
Can work well under high pressure
Lean experience is a plus
Fluent in English
