Responsibilities:
Cover function: Sourcing & Buyer
Manage a 10 staff team, including sourcing and buyer
Lead the global sourcing strategy and product development activities to achieve both strategic and operational success.
Lead, direct, and control the sourcing policies, procedures, and activities to maximize the efficiency, reliability, timeliness and cost effectiveness.
Manage product costs and ensuring supplier’s quotes accurately reflect current market rate.
Making and perfect policies of Supplier Chain Management and monitor performance.
Map purchase strategy and audit quotation and sign P.O’ contracts.
Manage and Check Suppliers. Checking for vendor’s certification、qualification, price, lead time and service, compliant.
Lead team to achieved mission and targets under press.
Souring and inquiring and negotiating from globe vendor for key and urgent parts.
Map up for ‘good quality, competitive price, lead time in time and better service’ balance

Requirement:
8 years purchasing working experience,3 years managerial position experience
Purchasing experience in mechanical industry, familiar with mechanical parts
Lean experience
MNC experience
Fluent in English
Be good at communication, coordination
Strong Organization Planning, People Capability Analysis and Skill Development
Systematic Global Commodity Management and Strategic Sourcing Experience
Solid Legal Knowledge and Contract Management Skill
