Responsibilities:

-Implement the operational activities (such as scheduling, reporting, contract set-up and payment issues, filing etc.) for the BU activities
-Respect company and BV Group regulations
-Provide ADM support to the operation staffs and make documentation for the reports & records
-Keep filing of Proposals & Contracts and make sure of the completion of entire project files
-T&E checking and BU T&E summary checking
-Deal with customer complaint and communicate with internal department
-Collect income & sub cost and report timely
-Maintain system to make sure of data accuracy and keep them updated
-Execute daily activities according to requirements of management systems (inc. Quality, HSE, ISO17020 etc.), ensure the performance aligned with management system.
-Other tasks assigned by the company

Requirements:

-College degree or equivalent level
-Good communication skills
-Be good command of English skills
-Be familiar with Microsoft office software operation
-Good health is required
