Corporate Finance Supervisor/ Senior Corporate Finance Manager（融资总监&高级经理）

Job Description:

· Oversee the business activities

· Economic research, strategic planning, policy formulation, relationship management/client coverage, transaction structuring and execution, and general advisory activities of the department

· Analyze global and regional economic trends, develop and implement marketing and budgeting plans for the department, serve the general commercial banking needs of major corporate, institutional, and sovereign clients, and establish and develop business relationships with potential and existing clients

Requirements:

· Three years and above investment banking experience

· Bachelor, Master or MBA degree in relevant majors from renowned universities.

· Thorough understanding of Investment Banking business

· Extensive knowledge of the domestic and international capital markets and the firm’s products and services

· Relevant qualifications, such as SAC’s certificate (证券从业人员资格证书), CFA ,CPA or others.

Job Description

· Assist professionals in structuring and executing transactions

· Perform financial and statistical analysis

· Conduct research, prepare support documentation and assist in due diligence efforts.

· Coordinate and utilize of a variety of support services, e.g., financial modeling, graphics, printing, library, computer services.

· Assigned to a specific function or operate as part of an analyst pool supporting a variety of functions.

· 2013 or 2014 undergraduates and with above investment banking internship experience
