Job Responsibilities:
工作职责：
1. Sales Order Processing and Verification of Sales Orders.
负责对销售订单进行处理和核实。
2. Work closely with CS Team to follow up on Sales Orders.
和客服部门紧密合作对销售订单进行进一步处理。
3. Follow up with internal departments on order fulfillment.
与其他内部部门跟进（销售）订单的履行。
4. Perform administrative and clerical duties, such as filing, scanning and copying documents and assists in preparation of various reports.
执行行政和文书类工作，如：文件的归档、扫描、复印等，以及协助准备各类型的报告。
5. Ad hoc duties assigned by superior.
由上级分派的其他任务。

Job Requirements:
职位要求：
1. Degree Required: Polytechnic or Senior High school above, College is preferred.
中专或高中以上学历，大专尤佳。
2. At least 1 year documentation / data input working experience, any experience in ERP or SAP is an advantage.
一年或以上单证处理或数据录入同等文职工作经验, 有使用ERP或SAP系统经验者可优先考虑。
3. Mature, responsible, hardworking and able to work under pressure
性格成熟稳重，有责任心，努力工作，并能承受工作压力。
4. Attentive to details, well-organized and able to handle multitask.
关注细节，有条理，有能力处理多项任务。
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Good team player.
