职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Lead CS team to acknowledge all SO from customers in 24 hours;
2. Lead CS team to confirm delivery schedules for all customers orders timely;
3. Lead CS team to work with logistic team to assure proper and timely shipment;
4. Lead CS team to work with all related departments to fulfill on-time delivery and other CS KPI’s;
5. Lead CS team to offer sales forecast to internal departments;
6. Lead CS team and work with other teams to handle customer complaint;
7. Lead CS team to build customers relationship and keep driving customer satisfaction;
8. Continuously develop and build a countable team.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree
2.5yrs CS work experience in MNC and with 2yrs supervision experience at least
3.Good command of oral English.
