Purpose:

Using skills from the Technical, Financial/Economic and Business Sciences in combination with awareness of product knowledge to make costs transparent and saving opportunities visible and delivering values defined.

Responsibilities:

· Create, maintain and analyze product cost prices

· Consolidate the material cost forecast, direct/indirect labor cost, machine/tooling depreciation, etc into the latest calculation.

· Support financial and business control affairs to new project.

· NPI project product FCP analysis. Control the FCP to a healthy trend with the team’s support.

· Provide Business analysis to support a right decision making.

· Provide support to purchasing department by doing Material Price analysis, cost benchmarking and exploring further cost reduction opportunity.

· Applying total cost of ownership principles to set up cost model for suppliers.

· Supporting to create a costing saving culture, initiate creative cost down ideas.

· Factory layout and supply chain supporting.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Costing or product related subjects

· More than 2 years’ industrial Costing experience

· Strong analytical skills, Logical thinking.

· Creative thinking, proactive and positive.

· Good English ability in listening, speaking, reading and writing.

· Sufficient computer operating skill, familiar with Windows office software.

· Good team player.

· Being self-motivated and dependable.
