Purpose: The project manager needs to manage the cross-functional project team and is responsible for the project realization phase: timely introduction, meet financial targets and right quality level.

Responsibilities:

1. Project planning;

- Define the overall project planning with project manager in CoC’s to ensure all the critical tasks can be reasonably linked/scheduled and the progress can be controlled ;

- Identify the project risks, define and execute corrective actions to ensure the project can achieve the targets;

2. Project financials

- Achieve FCP target, if need initiate timely corrective actions;

- Initiate and control the CAPEX and initial cost.

3. Quality

- Manage proper release of the product including GTSS and Approbation;

- Achieve the project field call rate target;

4. Communication

- Report to stakeholders ZH MT and CoC I&D team

- Set-up a efficient communication structure between different sites;

5. Organization

- Set-up a project team and ensure all the resources are effectively utilized;

- Coordinate and direct different functional groups in the team to strive with the right direction and achieve the pre-defined goals ( target FCP ,time ,quality etc.);

- Motivate subordinates enable them to achieve individual development objectives;

Requirements:

·Education学历B.S degree with engineering discipline preferred

·Experience工作经验minimum of 8 years in manufacturing-related program or project management, new production introduction

·Competency and Skills 能力和技能Excellent communication, interpersonal skill, leadership, team player. High Standard English both in oral and written, MS-office, outlook etc.
