Prepare the management reporting timely and accurately

Take lead Zhuhai site FP&A harmonization project and actively involved in global FP&A projects

Financial Analysis

Analyze the financial result and provide valuable comment for management team

Take lead in ad-hoc financial projects

2.Costing

Factory cost controlling from BOM to Overhead, and continuously drive productivity improvement

Process improvement

Identify the areas for process improvement

Ad-hoc improvement projects assigned by Financial Controller

ICS (Internal Controls System) reporting & documentation

Drive cross-department improvement actions relating to ICS

Maintain reliable ICS performance

3.SAP competence

Coach staff on SAP skills

Retain SAP knowledge in the team

Job Requirement

University’s degree and majored in accounting, finance or economics, MBA is a plus

8+ years relevant experience in industrial environment with MNC

Possess sound knowledge in accounting standards (IFRS, PAP), holding professional accountancy qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA)

Be familiar with SOX requirement

Good command of English and Mandarin

Skilled in stakeholder management
