Job Propose/ Major functions 主要工作职能：
GL is responsible for all bookkeeping and Johnnie Walker House Beijing(JWH BJ) monthly P& L report pre-request by monthly closing checklist. This position need to preparing tax filling every month include VAT, BT reconciliation, Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of financial data.

Key Responsibilities 主要工作职能：
1. Bookkeeping for GL entries; Monitor SO/PO input and generate related journal entries into financial system;
2. Follow monthly closing checklist to prepare Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet financial statements monthly, to meet reporting timetable;
3. Manually upload group financial reports into system accurately and timely;
4. Assist in monitoring JWH BJ’s compliance to Corporate and internal Policies & Procedures; identify and resolve problems in conjunction with respective members of staff, customers and etc.;
5. Reconcile VAT and BT fapiao each month and prepare monthly tax filing (including BT and VAT reconciliation, CIT and stamp duties etc.);
6. Coordinate with auditors to prepare documentation for CARM and statutory audit;
7. Participate in preparation of budgets and forecasts;
8. Prepare B/S reconciliation each month, reviewed by finance manager;
9. Other temporary tasks/project

Requirement 具体要求:
1.Bachelor degree, majoring in Accounting with very solid accounting and tax knowledge
2.3-5 year experience in accountant role, preferred in retail or F&B industry (work experience in multi-national company would be preferred.)
3. Strong executive ability with commitment; work in high pressure with can-do attitude
4. CPA or ACCA would be a plus
5. Fluent in both written and oral English
