Introduction
- For our Healthcare Sector in Shijiazhuang, we are looking for a Product Sales Executive at the earliest opportunity.

What are my responsibilities?
- Provide product sales support to achieve order income and shipment in units in assigned area by high quality product presentation, strategy promotion seminar, smart configuration offering and bidding strategy.
- Maintain relationship with local luminary, build excellent show site in the local region.
- To support Product Manager to create and maximize value and potential for designated brand in the development, planning and implementing marketing strategy and promotional tactics that aligned with the Brand Strategy, to achieve targeted sales growth and market share growth.
-Participation in Design and execution of product and marketing strategy and ensuring that these plans are implemented optimally and thoroughly to meet agreed milestones and objectives Work with Sales tools, Brochures, Chinese Introduction, Argument, Video, Chinese standard presentation, internal web maintenance.
- Provide regular internal training with product knowledge, clinical basics & competition analysis. Play as US interface and responsible for Marketing Events for opening ceremony, workshops, exhibitions, internal meetings & etc. Take care of the company process and cooperate with Marcom team & other functions.
- Collect market information and update competitive overview. Contribute market insight/customer insight to product manager to develop the product roadmaps Support product manager to maintain relationship with KOLs in the field.
- Owner of customer satisfaction in coordination with marketing, application, collaboration and service.
Strategic business plan and aggressive competition attacking.
- Collect marketing information and make competitor analysis to develop the business strategy in local region.
- Support marketing events for opening ceremony, workshops, exhibitions etc.


What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Bachelor degree or above
- Clinical or engineering industry sales/marketing experience in modality concerned, at a multinational company is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in Medical industry, preferably in Ultrasound field.
- Managing commercial sales projects especially with hospitals; 3~5 years experience in sales/marketing or project management;
- Able to influence customers in a way to have a positive attitude towards Siemens product, being the leader of project in responsible region for customer relationship management and business driving
- Understanding of how international company is running
- Product life-cycle management knowledge Marketing promotion experience, Positive attitude, High level drive and commitment to archive the goal Medical background preferably in Radiology or Cardiology; Project / Process handling
- Excellent written, oral English, PC skills, communication skill & interpersonal skill
- Marketing communication projects especially for related events.
- Being an expert in ultrasound field.
- Proactive problem solver and team player
- Ability to communicate to and convince customers
