Job descriptions:
1.To support the overall process of managing the engineering documentation for sustaining work.
2.BOM generation for different phases and work with engineering team to ensure accuracy and integrity of BOM;
3.ECR,ECO, Deviation, Special build notice involvement and routing in agile/ Team center;
4.Review all related files from engineers and make sure everything entering in system is correct;
5.Communicate with each function team and help resolve process issues of document control;
6.Work with internal MS groups supporting hardware devices to support continual improvement within the change management process.
7.Managing CM system and other tools used for data management and documenting processes and procedures.
8.BOM check and compare with CM for new product introduction.


Qualifications:
·2+ year Experience with product data management(PDM) including Agile, Team center etc.
·Manufacturing experience is preferred.
·work independently and manage projects and priorities
·Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. Good oral and written English
·Institute of Configuration Management(ICM) certification is a plus.
