Technical Project Manager

Job description:

? Direct and manage software project development from beginning to end.
? Define project scope, goals and deliverables
? Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
? Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion.
? Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
? Assist Software Director to modify the current process, and define a better effective way to manage suppliers include ODM, design house, SW develop suppliers.
? Define the process and drive ODM process improvement

Requirements:

? Bachelor Degree in computer science or other related discipline
? 8-10 years working experience
? Good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese, basic English is required
? Strong SW Project management background
? Rich process experience and good initiative ideas
? Vendor management experience is preferred
