Reliability Engineer

Job description:

? Develop On-Going-Reliability test to monitoring mass production.
? Debug the failure and engage with design team members to work out solution.
? Engage with design engineers to implement DfR(Design for Reliability).
? Engage with program team members to define product specification mapping customer's requirements.
? Develop DFMEA to identify product risk and mitigation plan in front end design.
? Evaluate product functional performance by testing or FEA.
? Development and implementation of methodologies/techniques to enhance product reliability.
? Work with team member on design improvement based on analyses results and effectively communicate improvements, test plans etc with manufacturing partners.
? Work with design engineer to identify Critical to Function/Critical to Quality parameters.

Requirements:

? Master /Degree in Mechanical/material or physics
? Total work experience 8-12 years (inclusive 3-5 years in reliability field or hardware testing)
? FEA simulation experience is preferred
? Solid experience in hardware verification
? Strong statistical analysis skill, familiar with tools as Minitab or Weibull
? Understand the PoF and good FA skills.
? DFMEA experience
? Good communication skill and able to communicate in English,
? Good paper work and presentation skills.
? Team player and good supplier-management skill
Preference
? Electronic packaging design and test experience an advantage
? Familiar with IC package process and qualification.
? Knowledge in plastic mechanical process is an advantage
