Responsibilites:

1. Partner Technical Support

A. Technical readiness support

a. Work with PTM to provide Technical Support for local Named OEMs

b. Engage with PTM to provide Technical support of WHQL, Velocity and other related Tools for ODM partners

c. Provide regular (quarterly) partner training, with PTM

d. Arrange new product training with partners, e.g. Windows, Advantage, MSE, etc.

B. OA3.0 readiness support

a. Collaborate with OA On boarding team for partner readiness

C. ODM Product Readiness

a. Support ODM PAMs to build up Successful Design in/Design Win Sharing

b. Work with Supply Chain to enhance partner readiness

c. Support ODM PAMs to provide Regular update on ODM Profile & Roadmap with available models posted on LINC portal for internal stakeholders & external OEMs' access

D. Innovative product development support

a. Work closely with ODM partners to enable New Design, New Features and New Platform (ARM)

b. Work with PDM PAMs for Synergy aggregation when needed

E. Monthly report & regular communications including

a. Market Intelligence and ODM Technical insights

b. LINC/LEAP event actions follow up

c. Weekly team meetings

2. Vertical Solution Alliance

A. Connect with Corp LEAP team by consolidating Asia successful vertical solutions for WW reference

B. Drive solution alliance with ISVs & SIs to build up Vertical engagement model and provide regular progress report

C. Work with China Named Sales & Marketing and ODM PAMs for vertical partner engagement and solution alliance

3. LINC/LEAP event support

A. Proactively be part of LINC & LEAP event ownership for Regional & Global LINC activities

B. Pre-event engagement with ODM partners and ISV/SI candidates

C. Post-event follow up

Performance measurement

The specific objectives and goals will be defined to be measureable including the OEM/ODM technical support, Vertical solution alliance, event management and partner engagement outcome

Vertical Solution Definition

· The Integrated solutions for Education, Healthcare, Gaming and Public Safety verticals which may relate to Hardware, Software, User Interface and Application software

Location

China based and will require monthly face to face engagement with existing / new Named OEMs and 2^nd-tier ODM partners for Technical support and Solution Alliance. There is possibility to meet with new partners in other countries to assess candidate capability and suitability for LINC & LEAP. May required to visit Taiwan or other countries for ODM recruitment support and Named events.

Qualification

· At least 10 years in IT industry with good understanding of IT industrial trend

· With at least 5 years of Computer Technical Support background

· Need at least 2 years of Business alliance experience & Executive communication capability

· With knowledge of IT products, especially Notebook, Slate, All-in-1, etc.

· Fluent English for business communication & Reporting

· Open minded with positive attitude
