Location: Zhengzhou(Transfer　to　Shanghai　or　Shenzhen　after　project　finished)

Duties & Responsibilities
?Able to complete regular design work in schematic design or design development and construction document independently.
?Responsible for the budget control of the project, ensuring key deadlines are met and the project stays on schedule
?Responsible for the project operation and coordination.
?Able to response to the technical problem in the project and has the ability to provide innovation solution.
?Able to evaluate, select and apply standard architecture procedures and criteria independently.
?Responsible for managing presentations and reporting design progress to the client.
?Responsible for client management and improving client satisfaction.　


Requirements:
? Bachelor Degree or above in Architecture.
? Fluency in written and spoken English, CET level 4 or above is required.。
? 1st Class registered architect is preferable.
? 10+ years experience in for a number of projects that is realized or will be built.
?Superb conceptual, design talent, and communication abilities or has a proven construction experience of medium and large scale projects.
? Strong skills in AutoCAD, Photoshop、Sketch Up、InDesign、Microsoft office and other software related to building implements design.
? Responsible, excellent organization ability and capable for team work.

Preferred Qualification:
? 2 years’ experience in metro projects is highly preferred.
? Familiar with local code and practice.
?The project requires to station in Zhengzhou. After the project is finished this person will be transferred to our Shanghai or Shenzhen office.
