职责：

1 在指定区域范围内，负责开发和维护高露洁和客户的合作关系。

2 建立专业的伙伴关系，与口腔牙科工作者（如牙科医生，资深口腔专家，口腔卫生保健师等）建立良好紧密的互动合作。

3 对所负责的牙科诊所进行分类和优化，结合公司的专业规划指南，建立和执行与目标客户沟通合作的战略

4 在负责的区域向医院牙医宣传推广高露洁的产品、产品陈列，从而使牙医积极对外推荐高露洁的产品。

5 持续地回顾客户名单，加深客户渗透，与牙科经销商建立合作伙伴关系。

6 在现有客户和新客户中，建立并执行推广计划，促使产品的使用量、推荐量以及销量的增长。

7 借助于经销商销售人员，最大化与客户间的面对面拜访及交流。

8 与牙科经销商，仓库以及医药代理商紧密合作，保持产品订单能及时、精确地完成，从而确保客户服务信誉。

9 运用相关的客户联系信息、详细的产品推广活动、品牌使用情况以及品牌推荐偏好信息，从而更新相关客户管理数据库。

招聘要求：

1 本科以上学历，口腔以及生命科学相关专业背景优先考虑。

2 1-2年口腔护理领域销售经验，制药或者快速消费品公司工作背景的求职者优先。

3 良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。

4 踏实肯干，具备较强的学习能力
