候选人需精通Oracle ERP制造模块/工程模块

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

The Primary function for this role is to serve as an IT Partner to the business by providing Oracle Functional Support for continuous improvement opportunities and problem solving for the Electrical Sector Business Operations (specifically in Oracle Manufacturing and Engineering) in APAC. The geographical scope to support includes China (Shanghai, Changzhou, Suzhou), Australia and India.

1.Partners with the business teams (our internal client) to identify opportunities for accomplishing the business and strategic objectives.

2.Works closely with the business teams to understand business challenges and needs and provide resolutions (including re-training, if required) with the right approach.

3.Has at least 8 years of hands-on Oracle Manufacturing and Engineering experience; preferable with at least 3 full-cycle Oracle Project Implementation.

4.Possesses strong technical and process experiences; preferably in MTO and ETO discrete manufacturing environment.

5.Possesses strong proactive problem solving and solution architecture skills.

6.Possesses the right attitude and passion to want to help the business improve.

7.Possesses regional exposure. Works in multi-national organization(s).

8.Bilingual – Chinese and English.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1.Functional and Process Expertise:

Has prior experiences with primary Oracle Applications including OBIEE and has expertise on specific Module covering Manufacturing and Engineering.

Has confidence to make recommendations on broader industry or other external trends.

Has adequate attitude and aptitude to be proactive, i.e. able to identify areas where improvements can be made to prevent future issues and implements the solution before the problem occurs

Is able to articulate and convince benefits /results and processes to Business teams and leaders.

2.Change and Relationship Management:

Has prior experience in managing Oracle user adoption.

Possesses strong communication skills.

Able to articulate systems processes clearly and convincingly to business team.

Requirements

1.Minimum 8 years of experience of implementation and support of business systems and a capacity to work with a range of personnel

2.Oracle 11i ERP knowledge is required. Oracle R12 knowledge and experience is desirable. One or more Oracle core modules with specialized know how is a must, with a minimum of 3 full life cycle implementation, or the equivalent.

3.Knowledge of manufacturing and R&D process is desirable

4.Knowledge of Siebel, Cognos and Oracle Business Intelligence reporting is desirable

5.PMP certified is a plus

6.4 Year College degree in computing science or similar is required
