Job Requirements:

？ Understanding of real estate markets
？ 1+ years of research-related experience preferably in real estate industry
？ Bachelor Degree at least
？ Gain proficiencies in the use of sophisticated proprietary databases and ensure quality market data;
？ Enhanced analytical skills
？ Ability to do both qualitative and quantitative research and analysis
？ Ability to work independently on assigned projects
？ Proficiency in desktop skill include internet, MS Offices etc.
？ Good command in English

Main Responsibilities:

？ Collect and consolidate information for office, retail and investment sectors
？ Maintain and update internal database of market information (supply, vacancy rates, rents, details of transactions, contacts of properties, macro-economic indicators, etc.).
？ Generate fieldwork to collect market data.
？ Update and monitor future supply
？ Draft research publications including market reports, standard slides etc within the deadline on regular base.
？ Keep good contact and relationship with property developers and landlords
？ Work closely with the co-worker of Agency team for accurate data collection.
？ Track economic indicators, real estate indicators, laws and regulations related to real estate.
？ Cooperate with project leaders to finish special reports and client reports, etc.
？ Assist supervisor with other temp work as request.
