岗位职责:

Project Management Support – Operations service Team
?Proactively provide support for corporate initiatives/test projects including file management, voice mail distribution lists, key contact directories, scheduling of meetings and conference calls, faxing, arranging travel, etc.
?Participate in team meetings and conference calls; provide recap and distribution to all constituents.
?Monitor project deliverables through development of project plans and tracking tools.
?Track invoices and costs related to projects to comply to project budget.
?Develop written and verbal communications to project team members and stores.
?Work independently on assigned project deliverables to meet objectives within the agreed upon timeline.
?Identify the best method to develop, produce and distribute project materials.
?Oversee production process of materials both with internal and external customers; develop production schedule as needed.
?Maintain material/manuals updates and inventory levels and coordinate the distribution of materials/manuals to support projects.
?Conduct research to gather data in support of team projects.
?Sales Competition Program Development and Administration
?Working together with HR-C&B, Operations, Finance, Product and Marketing, develop competition programs to help stores meet or exceed company sales targets.
?Audit competition awarded to ensure C&B policies are adhered to.

Operations Reporting – Track, maintain and distribute reporting communication for Operations Projects
?Work independently and with other project managers and financial partners to generate and distribute reports to the field and project partners.

Communication with others
?Proactively builds business partnerships across all disciplines throughout the organization.
?External – Proactively builds business partnerships with vendors and consultants when required.
SOP Development and Administration
?Working together with Operations and the relative department, develop SOP to help stores operation smoothly & successfully.
?Audit store execution to ensure SOP are adhered to.

1. Knowledge and skills:
?Strong organization skill – project management, time management and prioritizing
?Strong computer skills – word processing, graphic programs, and spreadsheets – Word, Excel and Power Point experience.
?Professional administrative skills – filing, document and report formatting.
?Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
?Strong Customer Service Orientation – phone skills, problem solving, follow-up.
?Ability to balance multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
?Ability to work independently.
?Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision and good judgment.
?Ability to maintain confidentiality of conversations, business records and reports.


Education:
?Preferred Associates Degree in Business/Office Administration, or Information Systems, or higher.


Experience:
?3-5 years in project management, materials coordination, and electronic office administration.
?3-5 years of related work experience in a similar capacity
