PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责：

1.Response Shanghai/ShenZhen material planning team members to execute the material plan for all direct and relevant indirect materials based on rolling production plan to finalize the monthly, weekly and daily purchasing plan in sku level and manage the change of material plan to be in line with demand change.

2.Monitor team member to manage purchasing orders of all raw materials, package materials and indirect to satisfy production plan, incl. supplier delivery schedule follow-up, quality issue solving, etc.

3.Feedback supplier delivery performance in-time to identify the potential supply issue, and cooperate with sourcing team to improve the material availability and delivery stability.

4.Support Material Planning Manager to set-up and execute safety stock mould，strategy to meet business needs and implement accordingly.

5.Work with material planning manager to set-up material inventory target, execute with daily control and regular tracking, feedback.

6.Co-operate each other（between Shanghai & ShenZhen） team with close communication, support each other for same materials supplying.

7.Maintain SAP system for daily using, and support material planning manager to develop and execute relevant SAP mould for working efficiency and accuracy improvement.

8.Cooperate with Sourcing, Planning, Export Project, marketing team on material delivery plan for new product development and material switch project.

9.Help team members to improve planning skills and problem solving capability via daily operation, problem solving progress tracking.

4.At least 3 years working experience in the planning function of supply chain environment in FMCG industry, with 1-2 years in a management role in material planning management, or good team leading potentials or good project leading skills
