Position: PR and Advertising Executive

Job Summary/Purposes:

The incumbent is responsible to support the PR and Advertising Manager in development and management of public relations programs for China region to maximize brand exposure.

Responsibilities:

? Receive, record and organize all sample arrivals every new season from Milan HQ for Prada (Uomo and Donna) and Miu Miu. Work with PR & Advertising Manager to plan and allocate the samples to be distributed to Shanghai and Beijing offices.
? Work closely with media to ensure all samples are utilized for photo shoots and relevant PR opportunities to achieve maximum editorial coverage.
? Consolidate and submit monthly editorial and clipping reports (including co-ordinating with media and PR agencies in Malaysia and Thailand), for management's approval.
? Build and maintain strong media relations with the media and fashion stylists in China.
? Assist the PR & Advertising Manager in the preparation of event proposal, management and garnering of pre and post event coverage.
? Plan and co-ordinate sample sale at the end of each season, i,e June/July and December/January. Conduct the sample sale and consolidate sales revenues for submission to Finance department thereafter.
? Receive and co-ordinate press materials from headquarters for press distribution within China.
? Work with the PR and Advertising Manager to organise and present new season's collection to the Chinese media.
? Receive and co-ordinate advertising materials from Milan and Hong Kong. Ensure materials are delivered to the advertising agency for distribution to the respective media vendors.
? Create purchase orders for all invoices pertaining to PR & Advertising.
