Eaton Electrical now has an opening for Senior Costing Analyst located at Shanghai, China
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
This position is responsible for supporting division F,P&A manager to provide performance analysis on operation area. The responsibilities include analysis on margin, productivity, cost out, labor rate, working capital, etc.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
A. Consolidate actual operation results at division level
B. Collect and consolidate analysis on margin, manufacturing expense, cost out, productivity, labor rate, etc.
C. Coordinate analysis on inventory and actions on inventory reduction, E&O review.
D. Consolidate division level working capital performance, including AR, Inventory & AP.
E. Consolidate capital expenditure & monthly forecast.
F. Support rolling forecast at division level on margin & related area on monthly basis
G. Lead the harmonization of cost out calculation, labor rate calculation, etc.
H. Support profit plan and strategic plan.
I. Support Division F,P&A manager and APAC on other reporting requirement
Education: Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting.
Experience: Over 3 years’ experience on costing or F,P&A at manufacturing plant. Candidate must be able to effectively work in a cross-functional team environment. Must be proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint software.
