- 工业地产及仓储用地的租赁和销售
- 为制造型企业进行工业用地和仓储用地的选址服务

- 为投资者或开发商进行工业仓储地产的投资分析

- 建立及维护与开发商/政府/采购方/供应商等的良好关系
- 进行并万成交易谈判

任职要求:
- 3年以上相关经验
- 英语书写流利，口语流利
- 有驾照会开车
- 本科以上学历

Resposible:

- Take an real estate agent role for industrial & logistic property leasing and sale
- To assist multinational company in searching & selection industrial/logistics property in Eastern China
- To assist investors/Developers in searching & selection industrial/Logistics land/facilities in Eastern China
- Establish and maintain relationship with goverment / purchasers / tenants / landlords and vendors
- Close deal through independent negotiation with landlord and coordination with client.

Qualification:

- 3 years relative experience
- Good command of English
- An advantage of Having Driving License
- College Above
