Requirements
College graduation or above, major in English or working experience in Hotel would be plus
Minimum one-year receptionist working experience at multi-national company
Capable of both English and Chinese
Good skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
High efficiency and quick learning
Cooperative, proactive, supportive, honest and trustable.

2、负责保持办公环境的整洁及照明、空调、门钥匙等管理
3、负责公司部分文件、资料的打印、复印、装订和电脑归档工作
4、负责公司文件、资料、传真、信函、邮件、报纸、杂志的签收与分发
5、主管指定的其他行政工作
