职位描述
岗位描述：
1、 负责BA 和客户的产品和销售技巧培训；
2、 负责编制相关的培训材料；
3、 与上级及团队互相配合并跟进培训效果从而达成销售指标和培训目标；
4、 负责或协助组织实施终端网点大型培训或产品分销会；
5、 协助客户日常维护和管理；
6、 协助销售经理或主管跟进客户拓展事宜。
任职要求：
1、 三年以上化妆品或美容仪器的销售或培训经验；
2、 能针对公司产品而独立制作培训讲义与课件以及独立授课；
3、 具备较强的自信心丶责任心和感染力，并且热爱美容或化妆品行业；
4、 有一定的相关客户网络优先考虑。
一经录用，该职位提供良好的福利待遇与业绩提成。
根据工作能力，待遇面议，薪资从优。
