Position Purpose

?Assist in providing marketing support to sales team, including product marketing, customer marketing, internal/external training coordination and service report system coordination.
协助为全国零售业务团队提供市场方面支持工作,包括产品市场,客户市场,内外培训组织联络,服务报告系统沟通支持等。
?Product marketing support: assist in introduction and popularization of new product/project and routine product management.
产品市场支持:协助进行新产品、新项目的引进和推广,日常产品管理的相关工作。
?Customer marketing support: assist in providing marketing support for sales team.
客户市场支持:协助为销售团队提供市场方面支持工作。
Responsibilities
工作内容
?Assist marketing manager in information integration of new product/project (including global product and new product localization) introduction for sales team.
协助市场经理为销售团队负责新产品、新项目(包括全球化产品及本地化新产品)引进所需的资料整合工作;
?Responsible for application of new product introduction, coordination and follow-up of product test.
负责新产品引进的申请、产品测试的协调及跟进工作;
?Carry out pricing analysis on new introduced product, annual/ quarterly price adjustment analysis and suggestions of divisional product.
对引进的新产品进行定价分析,对部门年度/季度产品价格调整分析并提供建议;
?Responsible for product line management, provide analysis and suggestions on optimizing existing product line combination and product line adjustment.
负责产品线管理工作,对优化现有产品线组合和产品线调整提供分析和相关建议。
?Responsible for information collection and analysis of relative survey to End-User market.
负责针对最终用户市场的相关调研的信息收集和分析工作;
?Provide necessary marketing information and support to all team.
为FRS部相关员工提供必要的市场方面的信息及工作支持;
?Responsible for hatching, organizing various sales competitions, follow-up and put out competition results.
负责各项销售竞赛的策划、组织以及竞赛结果的跟踪反馈以及信息发布工作;
?Responsible for organization, hatching and implementation of FRS attention in various exhibition and industrial conference, etc..
负责FRS部门参加各类展会、行业会议等的组织、策划及执行工作;
?Responsible for construction of communication channel internal and external, customers’ events support from design, organize and execution.
负责FRS部对内对外的沟通平台建设,设计、组织和实施各类客户沟通活动等。
?Assist FRS in design, organize, coordinate, communicate and executive the internal and external training.
协助FRS部门内部及外部的培训活动的设计,组织,协调,沟通和实施。
?Assist FRS in routine maintain and communicate in service reporting system.
协助FRS部门内部服务报告系统的日常维护和沟通协调。
Requirements
任职资格
?Bachelor or above degree with major in marketing or food science or relative field.
市场、食品科学或相关学科本科以上学历;
?2-3 years’ relative experience in large enterprise.
大型企业2到3年相关工作经验;
?Mastery of Office and various design software.
熟练使用OFFICE及各类设计软件;
?Excellent skills of interpersonal communication, optimistic character with enthusiasm and creativity.
出色的沟通技巧,乐观的性格,充满激情和创造力;
?High degree of responsibility, good team player, good at project management and interpersonal communication.
高度的责任心,优秀的团队合作精神,具备出色的项目管理能力和沟通技巧;
?Good English skills of writing and oral expression, CET 6 or above.
英语六级以上水平,具备优秀的口语表达及文字撰写能力;
?With work experience as training instructor will be preferred.
有培训讲师工作经历者优先考虑;
?Excellent Chinese expression and writing skills. Excellent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing, passing CET 6 or above will be preferred .
优秀的中文表达能力及写作能力,优秀的英语听、说、读、写能力,大学英语6级或以上优先考虑。
