Position Purpose

Responsible for sales management of retail accounts in the district to assist the sales team in achieving the sales and profit goals
负责区域内超市客户的销售管理以协助团队完成销售和利润目标。
Responsibilities
工作内容
Lead the sales activities aimed to retail accounts in the district to achieve sales budget. Develop new accounts and arrange the sales service of existing accounts with the team members according to the national sales manager’s arrangement. Build good relationship of mutual trust and win-win result with accounts, maintain positive interaction. Assist the team members in well communicating with the middle-level or higher level manager in account company to achieve fair cooperation.
领导针对地区内超市客户的销售活动以完成销售预算;在全国销售经理的安排下与其他团队成员合作开发新客户以及协调老客户的销售服务安排工作;与客户建立相互信赖、双赢的合作关系,保持良好的互动,协助团队成员与客户中层或以上管理人员保持良好沟通,建立良好合作关系;
Maintain existing retail account, develop new business of retail accounts, strengthen cooperation with retail accounts to achieve annual sales and profit budget; creatively introduce Ecolab product and service to retail accounts, strengthen Ecolab’s penetration on existing retail accounts , identify other requirements of existing accounts which Ecolab can satisfy.
维护现有超市客户,开发新的超市客户业务,巩固艺康与超市客户的合作伙伴关系以完成年度超市客户销售及利润预算;创造性地向超市客户推销艺康产品及服务,增强艺康对现有超市客户的渗透力,识别艺康能满足的超市客户的其它需求;
Understand the objectives and corporate culture of the retail accounts and how these impacts Ecolab. Keep informed on retail accounts’ personnel and policy changes. Analyze the influence of the changes on Ecolab and deliver those information to relative employees in Ecolab.
理解超市客户的需求及企业文化,了解这些信息将对艺康生意产生何种影响;了解超市客户的公司政策及人员变动信息,分析这些信息带给艺康的影响,并将这些信息及时传达给艺康相应人员;
Effectively transmit retail accounts’ needs to the appropriate Ecolab personnel, Resolve problems between the retail accounts and Ecolab. Effectively coordinate product application, blueprint trial, on-site survey, new branch launch, contract sign and implementation, price adjustment, equipment setting, payment receiving ,etc..
将超市客户的需求有效地与艺康相应人员进行沟通,解决超市客户与艺康间出现的问题;有效协调产品使用、方案试用、现场调研、新开分店、合同签订及执行、价格调整、设备安装、货款催收等相关事宜;
Seek excellence, provide the highest standard of service to retail accounts, change service into product. Conduct quarterly and monthly service review to interpret retail accounts of their requirements effectively.
“追求卓越”,为超市客户提供最高标准的服务,将“服务商品化“;通过季度、月度服务回顾及讲演有效地向超市客户解释他们的需求所在;
Actively assist other business teams of Ecolab in introducing Ecolab product and service to current retail accounts.
积极协助艺康其它业务团队向现有超市客户进行推广;
Expand target account list, supervisor sales force to timely submit various management reports.
扩充目标客户清单,按时提交各类管理报告;
Requirements
任职资格
Bachelor degree, major in business, chemistry, hotel management, marketing, biology, food science or relative field will be preferred.
学士学位,酒店管理、市场营销、化学、生物、食品科学等相关专业优先考虑;
At least 3 year sales experience in Retail clean and disinfection or food safety relative industry; with abroad work experience will be preferred.
3年以上超市、清洁消毒或食品生产相关行业销售经验;有海外工作经验者优先考虑;
Fluent spoken and written English. Strong ability in English expression. CET6 or above.
英语口语及书写流利,表达能力强,大学英语六级或以上水平;
Good team player, good at project operation and interpersonal communication.
优秀的团队合作精神,项目运作能力及沟通能力;
High degree of responsibility, good at resolving problems independently, planning and organization.
高度的责任心及独立解决问题的能力,优秀的计划组织能力。
