？ Take charge of regular internal trainings upon demands for sales and other departments

w Organize “Train the Trainer” program when needed

w Training summary and liaison with SH BJ offices

w Conduct new wine training

？ Event coordination when required/协助活动

w Assistant speaker and MC for events

w Organize winery visitor staff training

w Manage marketing FTP, keep related marketing information organized.

Events

？ Assist Events manager to organize and set-up suppliers’ events e.g. Winemaker dinner and tasting, etc.

协助会务经理组织、协调供应商的相关活动；

？ Responsible for process all paper work related to event organization, e.g. wine booking, glass book, logistic forms, etc.

负责所有相关介绍各类活动的文件的编写；

？ Event arrangement for delivery and collection of wines / glasses and all event related materials

会务活动中发放并收集所有红酒、酒杯以及各类会务活动的信息；

？ Responsible for POSM preparation for each event.

负责为每次的会务活动准备相关辅助品

？ Co-ordination with Direct Sales and Sales Department on event reservation status

与销售部门和直销部门协调会务活动的预定状况；

？ Liaise with Design department to ensure design work such as e flyers are completed on time and given to Direct Sales to distribute

与设计部门协调并确保相关宣传单及时完成并转交给销售部门；

？ Responsible for post event report

？ Responsible to assist Event Manager on event calendar formulation Assist to actualize the event reservations
