岗位职责：
1. 负责公司产品开发的质量保证工作。
2. 根据具体业务要求，负责设计测试计划、测试方案、编写测试用例。
3. 根据测试计划搭建和维护测试环境。
4. 对测试过程进行监控，完成集成测试、系统测试、回归测试等。

任职资格：
1. 计算机或相关专业，本科以上学历；
2. 熟悉软件测试流程，具有测试思想；
3. 了解自动化测试工具；
4. 有较强的沟通能力，良好的团队合作精神，较强的沟通、协调能力，有激情，能够在一定的压力下工作。

优先考虑
1. 熟悉linux操作系统；
2. 熟悉数据库相关知识；
3. 熟悉任意一门脚本语言。
