Responsibility:

1. Responsible for training function. Training courses development and vender selection. Annual training plan follow up;
2. Update and follow up Job Description, job analysis according to business;
3. Develop recruiting vender and other channels to improve efficiency of recruitment;
4. Deeply involved in production business, propose reasonable HR strategy;
5. Take full accountability on performance evaluation, providing necessary coaching consulting to staff;
6. Staff on board and exit process follow up;
7. Prepare monthly report of HR function;
8. Assist HR Manager to finish other HR actions, E-HR System, Salary Structure Project, etc.


Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in HR/Finance/Admin is preferred;
2. More than 5 years recruiting, training experience in MNC;
3. Fluent English speaking and writing ability;
4. Good communication skill;
5. Outstanding organizational ability;
6. Proactive and high sense of responsibility;
7. Team spirit;
8. Good MS Office skill.
