Position Purpose:

Customer marketing to own lodging segment and driving lodging business gorwth.

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute lodging segment mid-long term Go-To market strategy and customer approch roadmap, sepcially international & Local 4-5 star hotel penetration , which will meet sales and profit objectives for lodging segment.
• Customer immersion to deep understand lodging customer insight, vertify customer needs and pain points, and define Ecolab value proposition.
• Partner with sales team to manage customer pipeline, generate & offer new opening customer leads.
• Smartly leverage internal & external resources to develop customized total solution package to win with competition and deliver Ecolab value proposition to customer; develop and roll-out new market programs & innovations to building Ecolab lodging market leadership position.
• Upgrade and develop lodging segment selling tools,competitive analysis, and value based solutions, Joint call and on site support with sales team to win some key projects.
• Optimize existed customer service protocal &model, improve lodging sales capability, and develop specific service model for specific key account customers to enhance customer loyalty.
• Support lodging segment new innovation development and portfolio upgrade.

Requirements:

• Master or MBA is preferred.
• At least 5 years related working experience in multinational companies.
• Excellent communication skills in written and oral English.
• Good cross function team communication skill and strong capability to co-work with sales and customer.
• Able to work under stressful and multi-task environment.
• Willing to travel.
• Deep understand on lodging market.
• Customer marketing or segment marketing working experience.
