JOB OBJECTIVES:
To be technically responsible for site electrical equipment maintenance and implementation of small site capital projects

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the instruction of senior electrical engineer, with the assistance of an electrical technician Team (3-4 members and site in-house contractors) to accomplish the following main tasks:
1. Electrical Preventive Maintenance Plan preparation & execution;
2. Daily electrical equipment inspection;
3. Site Turn Around management including Work-list preparation, material/spare parts preparation, scheduling, safety and quality control etc;
4. Site electrical installation & improvement small projects and MOC implementation;
5. Electrical maintenance procedure preparation;
6. Collection of relevant standards/codes;
7. Preparation of electrical specifications & Datasheets;
8. To contact & coordinate with Engineering Units for design issues;
9. To coordinate with contractors;
10. Spare parts management and inquiry;
11. SAP related work such as PR creation etc;
12. To take the lead for safety management in his/her responsible area.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor degree or above, majored in electrcial engineering or related area;
Working Experience: 5+ working experience in chemical/ petrochemical plant;
Technical & Professional Knowledge: Be familiar with plant power system-LV, HV system knowledge are both required; LV operation certificate is mandatory. Be familiar with relevant electrical standards and codes;
Project experience is very preferred;
Be able to read & design electrical diagram;
Basic English and computer skills are required;
Good team work and communication capability.
