Janssen Supply Chain IT is looking for an experienced IT project Lead for JSC Asia sites. Working with JSC Regional IT project manager, this job holder is to lead or provide support to the IT projects of Asia sites.

He will work closely with BU IT of each site to assess the risk of current IT infrastructure, and collaborate with ITS and SCS team to manage the remediation changes or projects. And also, working with other IT groups, this position needs to participate in other IT projects of JSC Asia sites to coordinate and manage the implementation of IT infrastructure changes or requirements. Besides the IT infrastructure related work, this project will also have to manage, or assist the IT project manager to manage various kinds of IT projects of Asia sites.

This position will also need to ensure that the project implementations adhere to the standard project management methodology of JSC global IT.

Key Activities:

• Assist the regional IT project manager to manage the IT projects of JSC Asia sites in project planning and execution.
• Working closely with BU IT and ITS, to assess the risk of IT infrastructure of each JSC Asia site and manage the remediation changes or projects.
• Working closely with other J&J IT groups to coordinate and monitor the rolling out of global IT infrastructure projects to JSC Asia sites.
• Help Site BU IT or IT project team to manage the communication with ITS or SCS team.
• Follow up and learn the new solutions and technologies of ITS, help reviewing the Infrastructure solution design to make sure the alignment with business requirements.
• Being familiar with J&J production or automation network solution, working with teams of IT, automation, and business for solution design and deployment.
• Participate in other IT projects of JSC Asia sites to identify the changes or requirements of IT infrastructure, and monitor the implementation by collaborating with ITS and SCS team.
• Manage or assist the regional IT project manager to lead various kinds of IT projects of Asia sites.
• Assist the regional IT project manager to manage the overall project health status of IT projects in Asia sites.
• Assist the regional project manager to deliver status report or KPIs to business or IT leadership team.
• Maintain or working with projects managers to maintain the information as required in global Clarity system.
• Ensure the IT projects execution is aligned with global IT project management methodology.

Qualifications

Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in area of IT infrastructure.
• Minimum 2 years of IT project experience.
• Ability to navigate and produce results in a global, matrix organization
• Excellent communication skills (oral, business writing, presenting and listening) in Mandarin and English.
• Ability to work effectively with virtual teams including diverse groups of people with varied background
• Knowledge of new technologies or exploring them to gain expertise
• Good collaboration, communication and teaming skills
• This position will require 30% travel.
• Locations for the position : one of JSC sites in Asia preferred, other J&J Locations possible as well
