Duties and Responsibilities:
Control of delivery vendors to optimize costs, lead time and quality
Coordination with warehouse regarding parcel delivery and return management
Monitoring the call center activity to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
Ecommerce Platform supervision: Work with our integration vendor to ensure business continuity and overall platform quality
Stock and order follow-up in cooperation with our logistic department
E-business Finance and Accounting reconciliation
Support EB team and other departments in operation related projects
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree, at least 2-3 years related experience in operation, Logistics, Call Center, or related disciplines
Strong communication and coordination Skills
Good team spirit, with a good sense of responsibility
Capable of handling multi-tasks
Good problem-solving ability
Can work under pressure
Good command of written English
Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
