Key Responsibilities:

In charge of revenue recognition process, billing and invoices

· Maintain accounts receivable customer files

· Investigate and resolve customer queries

· Ensure (VAT, CIT, Stamp duty etc. ) compliance with local tax regulation, complete required tax reporting in a timely manner

· File for stamp duty and other tax surcharges regularly

· Update statistics report from Finance bureau on monthly basis

· Review and maintain annual government licenses and actively liaise with agency for annual inspection

· Assist with month-end closing (accruals/re-class/manual adjustments)

· Calculate distributor rebates and check rebate agreements

· Responsible for monthly actual costing and stock valuation

· Maintain good contact and relationship with local authorities (esp tax bureau)

· Ad hoc reporting and accounting analysis

· Other project as delegated by the Finance Director / Finance Manager

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree in Finance / Accounting

· Min. 3-5 years of experience in a similar job

· Strong understanding of PRC GAAP and IFRS

· knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements

· knowledge of tax and PRC requirement is a must

· Fluent oral and written in both English and Mandarin

FMCG industry knowledge is an advantage
