Position: Service Engineer （售后工程师）
Location: Taicang, Jiangsu Province, China （工作地：江苏省太仓市）

Responsibilities:
- Company products installation, commissioning, maintenance and trouble shooting.

负责本公司产品的安装、调试、维护及故障处理；

- Make basic training for customers.

负责对客户进行基础培训；

- After sales following, feedback the ideas and suggestions about company products from customers.

负责本公司产品的售后跟踪，反馈用户对产品使用情况的意见和建议。

- Complete other works which are from Department Manager or company.

部门经理或公司安排的其它任务。

Requirements:
- College degree or above, Machinery & Electricity major or relative major;

大专（含）以上学历，机电一体化专业或其它电气、机械类相关专业；

- Know commissioning for precision machinery, and has the experience in software setting and electric testing;

熟悉精密机械调试，具有一定的软件安装、电气调试经验；

- At least 3 years experience in the related position or industry;

至少3年以上相关岗位或相关行业工作经验；

- Good English or German in listening, speaking, reading and writing;

良好的英语或德语水平(包括了解技术专业词汇)；

- Good communication skills, hands-on ability and service sense;

具有良好的沟通能力、动手能力和客户服务意识；

- Work hard and go for business trip frequently.
