BASIC FUNCTION
The basic function of the HR Analyst is to be responsible conducting HR reports analysis and delivering the effective training to Asia Pacific HR teams. This includes maintaining and monitoring systems performance, creating reports as requested, continual monitoring of security access and controls, and troubleshooting all technology problems within HR Services. Also responsible for embedding the core competency of continuous improvements throughout HR Services to ensure all processes are efficient and lean while still providing outstanding HR analysis expertise service.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
· Understand Human Resources data relationships between data in SAP and other major HR systems. This will enable the HR Analyst to review and analyze the SAP HR, COGNOS and ad hoc reports prior to distribution to ensure the information is accurate and meet business requirements.
· Train HR on developing/requesting routine reporting to drive competency in self service. Communicate the analysis result to HR teams to support their business.
· Assist HR Services in determining processes to be measured along with how best to measure them along with being the 'keeper' of the metrics. This will ensure the correct processes are being measured and the metrics are reported in a consistent method throughout HR Services.
· Work and communicate as a team player to help develop more efficient and lean processes within HR Services. Key player in the evaluation, redesign and reengineering of processes brought into Kohler Konnect from other COE's.
· Assist HR Services in leveraging technology by representing HR Services at meetings where new technologies are being discussed and be a key participant in the implementation of these technologies (Le, HR portals, new applicant tracking software, etc.). This will ensure HR Services is kept apprised of new technology and can understand how this technology can be used in and how it will impact HR Shared Services.
· Responsible for maintaining Security Administration within SAP along with all other HR software (i.e., SAP, Organizational charts, etc.) for all associates within Human Resources.
· Create SAP HR, COGNOS and other ad hoc reports as requested by the Human Resource Centers of Excellence and HR Specialists. Work collaboratively with other COE - HR Analysts to drive improvement to drive customer response to within 48 hours worldwide.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree and a minimum of three years' work experience, with HRIS data management and/or a system reporting is required. Master Excel user. Prior experience in SAP, COGNOS or other data management experience and HR knowledge is desired.
Strong analysis and computer skills with emphasis on database management and reporting. Analytical problem solving skills and outstanding interpersonal skills. Ability to plan, organize, and control multiple tasks while working in a team environment. Good at communication and quick learner.
