OPERATIONS RELATED COMPETENCIES
Main Job Responsibilities
- In-charge the daily operation of service hotline team, and make sure it works smoothly
- Keep closely communication with Operation Manager for daily issues
- Greets all customers with a warm tone, ensuring that they feel welcomed and appreciated based on Standardized Telephone Manners.
- Ensure no delayed replies to customers and follow up in a prompt way.
- Customer comments & preferences are recorded and to be shared with team members daily.
- Transfers all internal and external customer calls to the appropriate party correctly, with minimal delay.
- Handles and delivers messages in a confidential and professional manner.
- Handles complaints promptly and efficiently, taking the necessary action, and report to Operation Manager if needed.
- Follow up & ensure the complained customers' satisfaction with our solutions.
Development and Delivery
- New team members are well trained based on SOPs & policies.
- On the job trainings are delivered & monitored through expectation.
- Continuously find the training needs and discuss with Operation Manager for improvement
- All team members are reviewed if necessary, and feedback to Operation Manager for further personal development
Technical Effort Management
- Assists set up & manages Service Hotline System
CORE COMPETENCIES
Technical Expertise
- Proficiency in Both Written and Spoken Mandarin / English
- Minimum 5 Years Working Experience in Multinational Company, Prefer in Service Industry of the same role in operator or hotline
- Expertise on Data Processing and Maintenance

- Keeps service hotline team well informed of changes promptly.
- On Job Training & motivations to subordinates
- Conduct periodically meetings in sharing, improving and problem solving.
- Serving as a role model in communicating with customers through an appropriate way
