MAIN PURPOSE
Under the leadership of Senior HR Manager-Cartier and HR Manager-Retail, the HR Executive supports the day-to-day HR operations of all retail internal boutiques in China. The HR Executive manages the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs. The HR Executive carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations, benefits, compensation, and employment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
§Key responsibility 1-Boutique Operations Management
- Be responsible for all on boarding activities
a Works with HR colleague to prepare salary proposal and prepare contracts
b Prepares all on-boarding related materials
c Conducts HR orientation for the designated region
d Coordinates with other HR vendors who is involved in this process
e Supports probation review
- Be responsible for all off boarding activities
a Executes staff's exit procedures
b Consolidates exit interview report
c Updates HR systems and informs RCCL central HR team to close employ personnel file
d Coordinates with other HR vendors who is involved in this process
- Updates and maintains an accurate employee database in all HR systems (SAP HR, E-leave system, etc)
- Administers and explains benefits to employees, serve as liaison between employees and service providers
- Issues employment related certifications for boutique employee population
- Coordinates contract renewal and termination
- Prepares regular HR related reports
- Assists HR Manager-Retail in retail related projects, such as OSCAR, RRA, etc
- Coordinates visa service with agents for boutique employees
- Performs other duties as assigned
§Key responsibility 2-Retail Compensation and Benefits
- Executes monthly payroll for boutique employee population, including preparing movement, and checking sales commission and OT hours
- Coordinates C&B processes in boutique employee population, such as the salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, etc.
- Analyzes different components of the remuneration scheme in boutique employee population and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness
- Support compensation related projects in boutique employee population
