Essential Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Maintain the Strategic Enterprise Relationship with the key Enterprise Accounts to achieve the sales targets.
2. Across the Business Unit Communication to Find the Total Solution for the Customer’s Needs, Maximum GE’s Products & Service to the Customers.
3. Monitor the Performance and Market Share of All of the Enterprise Accounts.
4. Establish and Maintain Effective Internal Relationships with Each Business Unit.
5. Prepare Necessary Plans and Budgets for the related Sales and Promotion Activities.
6. Develop & manage dealer channels in Mongolia for the market coverage and hospital procurement
7. Lead & support the Mongolian government bulk-buy tender projects with high winning rate.
8. Complete annual OP target with accurate PSI plan and CM% performance.
9. Obey the all GE’s Policy Including the Compliance, EHS, Finance and Commercial Operation
Regulations.
10. Other Assignment from Enterprise Sales Director.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
1. Good personal Characters and Qualities.
1. Bachelor's Degree , Medicine, Medical Appliance, Healthcare etc. is Preferred.
2. At Least 5 Years of Working Experience in Healthcare industry, Including a Minimum of 3 Years Sales experience, and the Key Account Management Experience is Preferred.
3. Business and Analytical thinking and Excellent Communication Skills and Abilities.
4. Creative and Positive Thinking to Make Decisions in a Rapidly Changing Working Situation.
5. Excellent English Language Skills, and could communicate with foreign customers and GEHC global teams very fluently.
