Role Summary/Purpose

An Electrical Engineer learns the practical application of engineering principals, achieves expertise in Electrical Engineering, and investigates communication techniques as part of a team. The Electrical Engineer is responsible to leverage communication technology to optimize system/subsystem design.

Essential Responsibilities

Duties include (but are not limited to):
•Deep understand customer application and identify product gap, leverage modern communication technologies to deliver solutions to fulfill customer unmet needs in healthcare industry.
•Responsible for system wireless architect design, implementation and verification in wireless communication field.
•Capability to develop strategic supplier and leverage suppliers to define requirements and deliver solution / prototype to meet program needs
•Keep track on new technology, methodology and design concept in wireless communication area, ensure that design activities hold a competitive level.

Qualifications/Requirements

1.MS or PhD in Wireless / Communication Engineering or equivalent experience.
2.Solid knowledge in communication / wireless communication theory, algorithm and demonstrated experiences in wireless system level design.
3.At least 3 years engineering experience in any of the following wireless technologies like UWB, Wifi, Zigbee and so on. Experiences in wireless physical layer and data link layer design are preferred.
4.Demonstrated knowledge in Digital HW design or/and Firmware design. RF knowledge and experiences will be plus.
5.Knowledge of wireless regulator in different countries will be plus
6.Effective oral and written communication skills, Global project experience will be plus
7.Self-starter, energizing, results oriented, and able to multi-task
8.Demonstrated technical leadership capability in integration activities
